Writing on Ehow
The good thing about writing for Demand Studios is that they offer you several different pay structures than Ehow did. You can make money online directly by choosing one of the topics demand studios is requesting and get paid a one time fee. Or you can write for residual income like Ehow used to allow. Many people don't like the idea of writing articles for a one time fee, but this can be a great way to get over writer's block. When you write for residual income, you should still follow the tried and true methods of making money with Ehow. One of Ehow highest earners has written an E-book if you are interested in buying it.
Unfortunately, Ehow isn't open to anyone who wishes to join anymore. If you still want to write for Ehow, you will need to apply through Demand Studios. Entrance to the program will be harder than what it was to get into Ehow. They are changing their guidelines to cut down on the spam and poor writing found on the site. This means you are going to have to submit a resume and writing samples to Demand Studios to get in. Good Luck!
Up until now, Ehow has allowed anyone to join and write articles. It appears that the golden age of online writing has ended. Now you will have to submit your writing through Demand Studios. I have not yet determined whether or not this is a good thing, but I do know that they offer the option to receive a flat rate for articles instead of revenue sharing. This can be good for some of the least searched topics. However, it is hard to get in. Luckily, some of the existing Ehow writers have been automatically accepted.
